1. Order Processing Times

 All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

 Once your order is processed, you will receive an official Email Confirmation letting you know your order is on the way.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Because The Divine Frequency operates as the store owner while our independent manufacturing partners handle the logistics and inventory, your items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer's facility to your doorstep.

 Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after the order has been processed.

 Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Shipping timelines can occasionally vary due to local postal disruptions, customs checks, or high-volume shipping seasons.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 The Divine Frequency is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

 All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed past our 12-business-day estimate, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to our team immediately at etbuk777@gmail.com. Please include your order details so we can work directly with the manufacturer to sort it out for you.
