 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or cancel an order if a supplier runs out of inventory. If your order is canceled due to supplier stock issues, you will be issued a full refund.

Because our products are dispatched directly from our third-party suppliers, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 The Divine Frequency is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing, postal service disruptions, weather, or other factors outside of our direct control.

 Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
